As Vice President of Lifestyle Operations, Juan Carlos Linares brings 20 years of experience leading premier mixed-use assets and delivering elevated retail experiences nationwide. At Federal Realty Investment Trust, he served as Vice President – Regional General Manager, overseeing two of the company's flagship mixed-use destinations, Pike & Rose and Bethesda Row, leading both retail and trophy office operations across these iconic properties. Earlier in his career, he served as National Director of Marketing at Tanger Outlets, spearheading award-winning campaigns across a national portfolio. Linares holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland.
